Asia Pacific and Middle East are home to 4 of the world's 10 largest economies (China, Japan, India, S. Korea) and other large economies such as Australia, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Thailand.

 

Asia Pacific also has some of the fastest growing economies (India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Philippines) in the world with a burgeoning middle class and rapid digitisation.

 

No doubt, APAC and MENA are part of the growth roadmap of every serious technology player.

 

However, doing business in these regions is very complex due to the fragmented nature in terms of GDP, digital adoption, languages, business cultures, legal/regulatory frameworks and commercial maturity among others. It is important to understand where to start and how to avoid common pitfalls.

Think of us as your VP - Sales and Marketing, APAC/MENA or an extension of your regional GTM team. Our objective is to help you grow your business in these regions at an accelerated pace.

 

We will work with you and develop a 30-60-90-180-360 days strategic plan in a BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) model where we will progressively transition out when your own team is fully functional and up and running.

We conduct preliminary analysis to start with either a "4 + 3" or "5 + 2 model" where we select a total of 7 markets from biggest economies in APAC (India, Indonesia, China, Japan, S. Korea, Australia, KSA) and from the remaining major economies (Singapore, UAE, New Zealand, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Bangladesh and Pakistan).

 

Next we formulate market specific GTM plan and start executing. This includes prioritising verticals/sectors, identifying named accounts, building account plans, building and enabling channels, executing outbound sales motion, executing marketing and finally negotiating and closing deals.
